What does Bake Me a Gift sell?

We sell delicious cakes and tasty treats wrapped in a personalised greeting card and send it to a recipient of your choice. At the moment we are focusing on sending truly great tasting brownies in a range of enticing flavours but watch this space for more treats to be launched!

How do I choose my gift?

For your convenience we have selected a collection of flavours and personalised cards that we are sure you will enjoy. Just select the shop now button on the home page and we will walk you through the process by starting with picking your brownie flavour(s) of choice and then a card before you are prompted to personalised the card. Three easy steps!

How big is the gift?

The gift is approximately 23cm by 16cm by 3.5cm deep. The brownies are cut into 12 delicious squares.

Where are they made?

All the brownies are hand made from fresh in our rural kitchen facility in Cambridgeshire. They are so good that brownies we sell have won awards in the past and we are confident that your gift recipient will enjoy them just as much as we do. For more information on the Brownies please click here.

How long will they last and how should I store them?

The Brownies will last a mimumum of 7 days from receipt.

This date is a best before date rather than a use by date so is about quality of product rather than safety concerns if eaten later.

There is no need to store your brownies in the fridge, in fact they are best at room temperature. We do recommend you keep them in an air-tight container. Alternatively Brownies freeze well for up to 6 weeks in a sealed container. If frozen we would further recommend warming them up and eating with fresh ice cream to enjoy them at their best.

How quickly will my order be delivered?

You can chose from two delivery options which are Next Day (signed for service) or Express (Royal Mail first class). If it is vital to get there for a specific date then we recommend Next Day service for the added peace of mind.

We use Royal Mail as we consistently find they provide truly the best level of service for all our products.

What ingredients are used?

We want our brownies to taste fresh and homemade, so as you might imagine it’s about using the best quality ingredients available including full cream butter, flour, Belgium Chocolate, British sugar and fresh free range eggs from our local farmer who has been supplying us from the very beginning. Allergens

All our brownies contain milk, eggs, wheat, and there may be traces of nuts as our kitchen cannot guarantee all our products to be 100% nut free!

However we do identify on the product pages the specific allergens on each brownie flavour to identify which allergens are specifically included in that product during production. Cross contamination though is always a small risk.

Are your brownies suitable for vegetarians?

Yes - absolutely. At the moment we do not have a vegan or gluten free version but they are coming this summer so watch this space!

Refunds

In the unfortunate event of requiring a refund please contact us on help@bakemeagift.co.uk.

Once agreed, your request will be processed and the due amount will reflect in your account within approximately 10 working days. The exact transfer time of this is not in our control as banks can take a while to process payments frustratingly.
